A1. No, the code created by you using the GNUSH/H8 tools is not subject to the GPL unless you
either
(i) include some GPL'd code which has some restrictions of itself, or
(ii) choose to publish your software under the GPL.

Q3. Can I modify library source code for use in my application? What are the implications if I do so?
A3. You are free to modify the library source code use it for your own purpose. You
